At ONYX ARGENTINA we want you to be satisfied with your purchase, for that you can ask our Customer Service team to exchange or return a product purchased on our site. Below we describe our Policy of changes and returns, with terms and conditions so that you can manage your case.
A change is considered to be a request for replacement of the merchandise, which is not motivated by faults or defects in manufacturing, classification, packaging, or by lack of identity between what was acquired and what was received. The User will have a maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days to effect the exchange of the purchased merchandise. This period will start to run from the moment of delivery to the final recipient. The cost of returning and shipping the new merchandise to the recipient will be borne by the user. To make a change, the merchandise must be in perfect condition, it must not have been used. You must keep all your badges and identifying labels attached, without showing signs of breakage or destruction. Similarly, the wrapping and packaging in which the merchandise was delivered must be kept in reasonable condition. It should be noted that to make the change the User must also keep its original packaging in perfect condition.
The User must contact email@example.com and indicate the product to be changed, the replacement product, and the reason for the change. In said communication, a photograph of the merchandise to be exchanged must be attached, in order to verify its conditions.
ONYX ARGENTINA will verify that the exchange request complies with the conditions set forth herein. In the event that the change is authorized, the User will receive by email the identification label that must be pasted on the box so that it can be removed by Oca, motorbike-courier or other means at his address on the date and time range indicated there also. Once the merchandise is received by ONYX ARGENTINA, its status will be verified, in order to reject or accept the change. If the product is not in conditions for the change, the User will be notified, in order to remove the merchandise from the address indicated, or alternatively pay a new shipment.

To make a return, the merchandise, beyond the manufacturing defects that it may present, must be in the conditions in which it was delivered and must not have been used or opened. To make a return, the User must: Contact ONYX ARGENTINA by email at firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the reason for the return. ONYX ARGENTINA will verify that the return order complies with the conditions set forth herein. In the event that the return is authorized, the User will receive the confirmation by email along with the instructions to carry it out. Attached you will find a file that will contain an image of the label that you will have to print and paste in the box that will be removed by OCA and / or similar and / or moto-courier. Once the merchandise is received by ONYX ARGENTINA, its status will be verified, in order to reject or accept the requested return. If the product does not present defects or failures for its return, the User will be notified, in order to remove the merchandise from the address indicated, or alternatively pay a new shipment.
If the merchandise presents defects or failures that justify its return, the procedure for it will be indicated, namely: a: (i) Obtain a credit for future purchases equivalent to the amount of the product purchased plus the cost of shipping; (ii) Obtain a refund of the amount of the purchased product, through the same original means of payment. In this case, shipping costs will not be refunded. Cancellations: the User may cancel an order, as long as it has not yet been dispatched. For this you must contact ONYX ARGENTINA within 24 hours of making the purchase by sending an e-mail to email@example.com
If the cancellation of the purchase is total, the amount in Pesos will be reimbursed on-line in the User Account, or through the means of payment that was used to pay.
To manage an exchange or return, you will always have to contact our Customer Service team. We will accompany you in the process and we will send you the corresponding receipt so that you can deliver it together with the product.
Changes are subject to stock availability and our Customer Service team must verify said availability at the time of your request. Changes will be accepted within 30 calendar days after receipt or withdrawal of the product.
You must first return the original product to receive the new product or the corresponding refund.
Cases not covered
Changes and returns of products that are found will not be accepted:
• Without any of its accessories (cables, parts, manuals, etc.)
• Without its original packaging (boxes, plastics, etc)
• Without the proof of exchange or return generated by the Customer Service team
Attention: The product that does not meet the conditions that were already mentioned, will not be authorized for exchanges or returns, and will automatically be returned to the original address. Under these conditions, ONYX ARGENTINA reserves the right to charge the freight again.
In the case of returns, you can use it to make other purchases on our site or the local or it will remain as a credit to make future purchases. In no case will there be a refund of the value of the freight.
Attention: The refund as a credit of the values will be made only after receiving the product in our warehouse and verifying that it complies with the return conditions.
In accordance with the previous point, in the event that the selected product or services are found to be exhausted or delayed, for reasons beyond the control of the company, ONYX ARGENTINA will contact the User and invite them to choose one of the following options:
Continue waiting for the delivery of the chosen product or service (in case of delay); Cancellation of the purchase and refund of the amount through the same means of payment used by the User; Opt for an alternative product offered by ONYX ARGENTINA for the particular case;
When the User chooses to cancel the purchase, the amount thereof will remain in their favor to be used in other products of the online or local store or it will remain as a credit for future purchases.
In the event that the User opts for the alternative product or service, it must contain the same or superior characteristics. In no case will the User be asked to pay additional sums or to take charge of the differences, unless the alternative product or service offered by ONYX ARGENTINA and chosen by the User is of far superior and expensive characteristics than the one originally requested by the User. .
IMPORTANT: for the situations contemplated in this section, the User will have a period of ten calendar days from the contact by ONYX ARGENTINA to choose one of the mentioned options. In the event that the User remains silent in this regard, ONYX ARGENTINA may presume that he has opted for the cancellation of the purchase, and will proceed to refund the amount paid, either by the original means of payment, or by crediting it as On-Line Pesos in the Account.

Products are warranted to a limited extent against design and manufacturing defects. The guarantee does not extend to damages or deterioration that were produced by the inappropriate use or treatment of the articles according to their destination.
All products on the site are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 12 months and its scope is clarified in its description. To make the guarantee effective, you must send the product to our office with its respective note or purchase invoice.
We will inspect the product and in turn we will send it to the manufacturer to determine if the problem is covered by the warranty and the manufacturer’s opinion will be sent to you, a process that takes approximately 30 business days.
The warranty does not apply to faults or defects caused by accident, negligence or misuse of the product.
